RMA is the name of a series of stories from Amino through Mario Amino series. It's the result of a gameshow that wound up dead all of the sudden, and it just grew from there, becoming the friend group that it is today, complete with lore and endless amounts of art that have accumulated since 2018.
RMA originally stood for Mario Amino Retardation before being quietly retired sometime in the 2020s due to concerns over the usage of the word retard in the name of the series in light of the stigmatization of the word due to its unfortunate connotations. These days, RMA doesn't stand for anything, just three letters. Nothing more; nothing less.
